Our primary purpose and focus is the exploration for oil and gas. The purpose of such exploration is commercial development and production of oil and gas from onshore Tasmania, Australia. To date, we have made considerable headway and are continuing moving forward with our exploration program. We currently hold a Special Exploration License(SEL13/98) in good standing, and have substantially exceeded the minimum regulatory investment requirements.

The magnitude of our exploration project is monumental and very exciting. This License Area is located in Australia on the island state of Tasmania. Tasmania is comparable in size to approximately one fourth of the entire land mass of Southern California or Ireland. This License Area is believed, according to several independent geological studies, to contain commercial amounts of oil and natural gas.
